The Offshore Hive was founded by Matthew Zeludko and Alicia Collin in 2021 after years of running freight forwarding businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

We experienced the same frustration many SMEs face — rising costs, limited local talent, and offshore solutions that felt disconnected and hard to manage.

So we built something different.
